A vacuum hot press is a machine capable of hot pressing treatment. It operates in a periodic manner and is widely used for hot pressing and sintering of hard alloys, functional ceramics, powder metallurgy, etc. under high-temperature and high-vacuum conditions. The composition structure of the vacuum hot press:
The furnace body is a vertical furnace shell, with the inner layer being a cylinder made of stainless steel and the outer layer being carbon steel.
2. Vacuum system: It is composed of an oil diffusion pump, a Roots pump, a mechanical pump with an electromagnetic differential pressure valve (to prevent oil backflow in the mechanical pump due to sudden power failure), an air filling valve, an air release valve, a vacuum butterfly valve, a vacuum pressure gauge (±Pa), bellows, vacuum pipelines and supports, etc.
3. Hydraulic system: It adopts an electric input method. The hydraulic station is equipped with imported proportional valves, pressure sensors, and displacement displays using grating rulers (with a distance measurement accuracy of 0.02mm). The instrument can be set to automatically adjust the pressure and can achieve pressure stabilization and pressure holding.
4. Water cooling system: Composed of various valves, pipelines and related devices, it is equipped with an audible and visual alarm for water cut-off and an automatic function to cut off the heating source.
5. Temperature control system: It adopts thyristor temperature control, and is equipped with PID function instrument and digital display meter. It has the function of over-temperature sound and light alarm. PLC touch screen automatic control can also be selected, and historical data is retained for easy analysis of the sintering process.
6. Inflation system: Composed of various pipes and valves, it is equipped with an electromagnetic air release valve and a pressure sensor. When the pressure inside the furnace exceeds the safety value, it will automatically release air. A needle valve is installed on the inflation pipeline to control the inflation volume.
