During the production process of solar panels, it is necessary to pay attention to protecting the entire battery frame. If necessary, sealant should be used for sealing treatment. If the entire sealing treatment is not properly handled, it is easy for dust to enter the solar panel area, which may subsequently cause abnormal discoloration of the solar panel.

After being used for a period of time, the vacuum property inside the laminating equipment will significantly decrease. If the overall vacuum is reduced to a certain extent, bubbles will appear on the entire solar panel. During the period of using the laminating machine for corresponding production, conducting daily inspections to check for any defects in the vacuum pump area is the key to maintaining the continuous normal operation of the entire equipment.
